Splash being factory trained professionals are here to help answer questions and provide high quality ceramic services for the Chicagoland area.

Ceramic Boost is exactly what the name says, it " boosts" the life of a ceramic coating. This product also works great as stand alone protection for your vehicle. We are seeing upwards of 6 months of protection when applied here at Splash. The process we use is we thoroughly wash your car. We then apply our iron remover over all painted surfaces. This removes any iron contamination that might be embedded in your clear coat. We follow that with an alcohol pass on each panel before we apply the ceramic boost. This ensures that each panel is as clean as possible and the ceramic is bonding with your clearcoat. The ceramic boost will "Flash" and it will be time to remove all the separated agents from the surface and allowing it to be ready to cure. This process will take about 2-3 hours and leave the car with a seal much harder than wax.

The cautionary tale is if applied incorrectly it can leave your paint with "highspots" or an uneven finish. By having trained professionals and a great process Splash is the perfect place to apply and maintain your ceramic protection.
